3. No Investment or Financial Scheme

The Lifetime Membership Fee is not an investment, deposit, loan, security, savings scheme, collective investment, or any arrangement intended to generate financial returns.

Membership does not create any financial interest, ownership, or equity in the Foundation.

4. Our Mission

At UMCA Foundation – JIVANDAAN GROUP, we are committed to creating meaningful and lasting social impact.

Our mission is to promote humanitarian assistance, community empowerment, education, healthcare, skill development, environmental protection, and social welfare while upholding the dignity of every individual.

Our initiatives are designed to address genuine community needs through voluntary participation and collective social responsibility.

5. Registration and Lifetime Membership

Registration with UMCA Foundation is free. Any person may register and voluntarily participate in charitable activities, including making or receiving assistance, subject to the Foundation's policies and eligibility criteria.

Members who wish to access additional member benefits, special programs, discounts, and other facilities offered by the Foundation may obtain Lifetime Membership by paying a one-time, non-recurring Membership Fee of ₹2,100.

A member may request cancellation and a refund of the Lifetime Membership Fee within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of payment by submitting a written request stating the reason for cancellation.

Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the Foundation's Membership Policy and applicable laws. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment or any other mode determined by the Foundation.

Except where required by applicable law, no refund shall be available after the expiry of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of payment.

6. No Financial Promise or Guarantee

The Foundation does not promise, represent, or guarantee:

• Any guaranteed income or earnings.
• Any return on investment (ROI).
• Any financial return on the membership fee.
• Repayment or return of any voluntary donation.
• Any guaranteed monetary or economic benefit.

7. Community Participation

Members are encouraged to voluntarily participate in humanitarian and social welfare activities, support people in need whenever possible, and contribute towards expanding the reach of the JIVANDAAN GROUP in accordance with the Foundation's objectives.

Such participation is entirely voluntary and does not create any entitlement to salary, commission, financial compensation, or guaranteed monetary benefits.

8. Availability of Benefits

Membership benefits, welfare programs, training, camps, workshops, educational resources, discounts, and other services are subject to the Foundation's policies, operational requirements, available resources, and applicable laws.

9. Services Through Other Websites and Platforms

UMCA Foundation may provide links to websites, portals, or digital platforms that are owned, managed, or operated by the Foundation or under its authorized control.

Members accessing services through such platforms shall receive benefits in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of those services.

Active JIVANDAAN members may receive special member benefits or discounts ranging from 20% to 50% on selected services and offers, subject to eligibility, availability, and the applicable rules in force from time to time.

The Foundation shall remain responsible for the operation and member support of websites or platforms operated under its ownership or authorized management.

10. Responsible Conduct

Members shall not misuse the Foundation's name, logo, identity, reputation, or digital platforms for any false, misleading, unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

11. Compliance with Rules

Every member agrees to comply with the Membership Policy, these Terms & Conditions, the Code of Conduct, all internal policies, and all applicable laws of India.

12. Modification of Programs and Policies

UMCA Foundation reserves the right to introduce, amend, modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, service, benefit, policy, or membership feature whenever considered necessary, subject to applicable law.

13. No Ownership Rights

Membership does not confer any ownership, shareholding, partnership, dividend rights, proprietary interest, or claim over the Foundation's assets, income, funds, or property.

14. Accuracy of Information

Members shall provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration and throughout their membership. The Foundation may suspend or terminate membership if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

15. Use of Digital Platforms

Members using the Foundation's website, mobile application, or any other digital platform shall comply with all applicable terms, privacy policies, acceptable use policies, and legal requirements.

16. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through mutual discussion and amicable settlement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of UMCA Foundation.

17. Acceptance

By applying for or obtaining membership, every member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Membership Policy and these Terms & Conditions of UMCA Foundation.
